This is one of our favorite juices that is tasty and will give you that “get-up-and-go” that you need in the mornings.
It is the Apple/Carrot Juice.
To make a 16oz glass of this juice all you will need is 2 apples and 1.5 large carrots.
Make sure to core the apple but leave the skin and cut off the green stem of the carrot. Be sure to wash off your fruits and vegetables in cold water before juicing (even if you buy organic).
